Oxbridge Carnegie Hill(***)
 The Oxbridge Carnegie Hill features three furnished one-bedroom apartments with one queen bed or two twin beds and a double sofa bed. These apartments can accommodate a maximum of five guests. This five-story building, completely renovated in 1999, has a shop at street level and apartments above. The street and vestibule doors are locked at all times and connected to each apartment by intercom. The apartments feature double-glazed windows for insulation from sound. The building has no elevator.

Check-In/Key Collection - For arrival between 3 PM and 11 PM, guests should check in at Hanratty's Restaurant, 1410 Madison Avenue. Guest must present a photo ID to the bartender or manager and will receive an envelope with keys and information sheet.
Guests unable to collect keys as indicated above should contact the Oxbridge after booking to make special arrangements. There will be a fee for all keys not left on the dining table upon guest departure.
Double beds will be provided unless the guest makes a special request.
Guests are required to deposit rubbish in the designated collection recepticles and observe the local recycling law.
Oxbridge is not a hotel and does not provide daily services.
The property does not offer designated non-smoking rooms.
The property reserves the right to move guests to different rooms, within the same location, during their stay as it deems necessary.
Additional Person Cost - For three or more guests (including children), there is an additional charge per guest.
Booking Restriction - 24 hours advance notice, 48 hours for Sunday arrival. Rollaways and cribs may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
